When Winton Cerf told the Chinese audience, future astronauts could comunicate  online in the spacecraft through Google-developed system, we mistakenly thought that this “Father of the Internet” in delight in talking about his new science fiction. But he made it clear that this is not a joke – yesterday, in the “Internet – the Future” Summit Forum, Google Vice President Vinton Cerf said, Google plans to be achieved by 2019 interstellar network of interactions between the spacecraft.

For network signal transmission in the universe may encounter obstacles, Winton Cerf said that the solar shading panels will effectively prevent part of the planet’s temperature is too high due to the situation affecting the signal strength.
