How to charge a laptop battery?

Point of view 1: do not recharge  battery until the power is all used up and the laptop shutdown automatically. And, recharge every time must be full filled. 

Point of view 2: the battery is no need to use the time to deliberate about, you can charge your battery as you like at any time.
Proposed method: The authors suggest that the majority of the students with the methods of approach are the same. In fact, both nickel-metal hydride and lithium batteries have a memory effect. As you know, the nickel-hydrogen batteries have a memory effect, but very few people know that the lithium also have memory effect, but its memory effect is lower than nickel-hydrogen battery. It  is completely misleading that some business advertising that lithium batteries have no memery effect. Since then the battery has a memory effect so that we should note that, before charge you battery the battery power should be used up as far as possible,  but there is no need to deliberate to the computer must automatically shut down. In fact, it’s good for your battery that charge it when the power is less than 3% . As for the point of view 2, the author is completely disagree, I have already mentioned the laptop battery, whether nickel or lithium hydroxide, which have a memory effect, so this way will makes the battery life significantly reduced.
